Individual, one-to-one GCSE tutoring

In these flexible, GCSE focussed sessions, we will cover the main NARGPS topics: i.e. Number, Algebra, Ratio, Geometry, Probability and Statistics. We believe in increasing your knowledge of mathematical ideas and principles, developing your critical thinking skills and nurturing your initiative, self belief and self confidence. Our motto is "by doing, one becomes" and we place emphasis on practice, practice and more practice.
We will be closely following the well-put-together, but rigorous, foundation GCSE course format, designed by CIMT. The ins and outs of foundation GCSE maths will be thoroughly explored giving a better understanding of the various topics, with the aim of increasing competence in these topics and eventually achieving the GCSE qualification. Along the way, we will also undertake the study of mathematical constructions, a very practical exercise, using only a compass, ruler, pencil and paper.

Operating out of Bristol, UK, mathsdoc, is a tutoring/tuition service, geared towards individuals and small groups who need to improve their mathematics skills.
We conduct online, 1-2-1 tutoring as well as regular group tuition sessions in pre-GCSE, GCSE and A-level maths.
We also deliver face-2-face and group maths classes in Bristol (UK).
Our main objective is to help students attain competence and confidence in maths by encouraging self enquiry/reflection, critical thinking skills and persistence backed up by practice, practice and more practice.
